For those of you who want a quick workout in 30 minutes designed to be a fast paced circuit style group session to give you a full body workout which includes strength, functional movements and conditioning.

Our famous ‘Savage Saturdays’. No matter your skill level, come and have a crack at Strongman/woman, learn something new and meet likeminded people along the way. Our Saturday community is second to none and with the session being coach lead you will never find yourself lost or struggling.
